    5. Payments and Invoicing

    All payments must be made according to the terms specifiedin the project agreement or invoice.

    Prices are expressed in RON or EUR (as applicable), and maybe subject to VAT according to Romanian law.

    We reserve the right to suspend services if payment isoverdue by more than 15 calendar days.

    6. Confidentiality

    We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of allproject-related information shared by clients, unless otherwise agreed inwriting.

    You also agree not to disclose any proprietary orconfidential materials or methods we use during service delivery.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We donot guarantee specific results unless explicitly mentioned in a signedagreement.

    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequentialdamages, including loss of revenue or data, even if advised of the possibility.
